Hi all, I have 2 PD patients with GBA mutations with cognitive data pre- and post-DBS along with MRI/CT and DBS settings. I am looking for someone with experience with LEAD-DBS to help me analyze electrode location and volume of tissue activation. The idea is to determine whether the DBS is stimulating associative areas of the subthalamic nucleus resulting in changes in cognition. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! ---

Hello @gdp22! Unfortunately, no one I know has experience with LEAD-DBS. There is a well known Brazilian specialized in DBS from São Paulo called Rubens Cury that my colleagues told me has experience with this technology. I do not have any contact with him but if you want, you could reach out for him.
