Do you work with PPMI data and investigate subtyping in Parkinson’s disease? If so, please join us on Tuesday, July 15th, 1:00-2:00pm (EDT) for our next community webinar as we hear from Dr. Victoria Catterson (@vcatterson), VP of Research at BioSymetics Inc.
This talk will cover how to build a machine learning pipeline to uncover subtypes of Parkinson’s disease within the PPMI dataset, detailing the steps taken to clean, preprocess, and engineer features from various clinical PPMI data tables, with tips and tricks to maximize successful discovery. @vcatterson will also discuss different clustering methods and the various metrics used to determine when a ‘good fit’ has been found, as well as the main clinical findings derived from this approach.
If you are interested in attending, please reply to this post and we will add you to the calendar invite.
