I’m currently working as a Bioinformatics Analyst in Kelly Nudelman’s lab at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics. We use PPMI and AMP-PD transcriptomic and genomic data to investigate biomarkers and genetic risk factors.
I hold a B.S. in Biochemistry and an MS in Bioinformatics. My primary coding language is R; I also code in python and bash, utilizing CLI tools such as plink. I have some experience with Google cloud console and Terra. Metabolomics and GxE interactions are personal interests of mine.
