I work in the broad area of data driven methods for pervasive computing such as the cloudUPDRS app, a medical device for Parkinson’s Disease, and PDkit, the associated data science toolkit for the development of digital biomarkers for Parkinsons; data manifestation for climate change; a mobile app for Zika virus surveillance; and participatory self-quantification using the IoT.
