We are pleased to share that the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) has extended the deadline for Letters of Intent (LOIs) to February 13, 2026 for our current grant opportunities. Invitations for full applications will be announced in March 2026.
Earlier this cycle, APDA hosted a webinar to support applicants preparing LOIs for the Social Sciences in Parkinson’s Disease Research Grant and the Diversity in Parkinson’s Disease Research Grant. This year’s Research Grants cycle includes an optional special topic: Molecular Mechanisms of Environmental Toxicity in Parkinson’s Disease. Potential focus areas and inclusion criteria are available on our website. All eligibility and application requirements remain the same as the regular Research Grants category.
