Early Parkinson’s Revealed by Unlocking Longitudinal Omics at Population Scale

The folks at MJFF-funded Alkahest who I was fortunate to support last year just released a preprint for their work over the past few years titled, “Early Parkinson’s Revealed by Unlocking Longitudinal Omics at Population Scale”.

Here’s a link to the paper: https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.03.12.26348299v1

Congrats to my Alkahest colleagues (a few of whom are here in DCP) for all their hard work!

Looks like the corresponding data will be released later this year, with earlier access available for scientific collaborators (happy to make intros if helpful here).

Thanks for sharing, @jodyhesch, and congrats to those at Alkahest(@MiaFeng @blehallier @tnanasi)! Exciting to see a framework like Chronos being applied to such large-scale data for earlier disease detection. Thank you for all the work that has gone into this!
