Hi all, sharing recent news that many of you may have seen on the recent expansion of the Allen Brain Cell (ABC) Atlas.
For the first time, the ABC Atlas will include data from Parkinson’s disease patients. The Atlas provides intuitive data visualization and exploration tools for scientists to find, analyze, and understand brain cell types and gene expression, and with this release researchers can now explore curated omics data from the ASAP CRN Cloud global hub.
