Hi all, sharing news of the public launch of ASAP CRN Cloud, a data sharing and analysis platform now available to researchers, and its initial release of snRNA-seq and PolyA RNA-seq data from human postmortem brain tissue.
The first release includes contributions from four teams who are a part of the ASAP Collaborative Research Network and includes data from 156 donors. The final, harmonized dataset is expected to include data from 629 donors.
