Hi everyone, flagging that GP2 had it’s 10th data release this month! A few high-level takeaways below, but for the full details head over to this blog post: The Components of GP2’s 10th Data Release - GP2.

  • Expanded genomic data, including 11,109 additional genotyped participants and 13,339 additional WGS participants
  • Expanded clinical data, with the addition of 12,311 participants
  • Inclusion of PAR region, to improve coverage and interpretation of sex chromosome variation
  • Joint-calling across AMP PD cohorts, including BioFind, PPMI, LCC, STEADY-PD3, SURE-PD3
  • Targeted imputation of rs3115534
  • Additional availability of summary statistics for additional GWAS datasets

I would also like to share that GP2 holds weekly office hours on Tuesdays, in case you are working with any of these datasets. No question too broad or specific!
