Members of the Data Modality and Methodology Task Force have been working on a DAT-specific project, the DAT-SPECT subregional SBR processing pipeline (shout out to @AmgadDroby above, who leads this project), available on the MJFF Research Community GitHub. We’d definitely be interested in your feedback if you test this pipeline on your own data!
