A quick shoutout to the new Imaging Subgroup (@AmgadDroby , @apinstein , @hirotaka) under the Data Modality & Methodology Task Force.
This group is currently focused on curating and combining pipelines to assess sub-regional SBRs from DAT-SPECT(recently shared on GitHub: DAT-SPECT subregional pipeline) and from neuromelanin MRI (NM-MRI), building on LightBox’s and Alan’s @apinstein work using PPMI data.
The team is also developing a full-stack PPMI downloader from LONI, starting with the Living Park data scraper as a foundation. Our goal: make it easier for everyone to access, combine, and analyze imaging data in a standardized way.
