Help Shape a new NIH Data Ecosystem for Integrated AMP & Omics Research

Hi All,

I am part of a new initiative and we need feedback from our community to help shape this into a useful ecosystem for scientists!

SysBio FAIRplex (FAIR PLatform for EXploration of Systems Biology), a new ecosystem funded by The NIH Common Fund Venture Program, is designed to integrate phenotypic, molecular, and clinical data across multiple Accelerating Medicines Partnership® (AMP®) programs in order to support systems biology, biomedical research, and omics-driven discovery.

We’re looking for researchers, as well as others with expertise or interest in large-scale systems biology, biomedical science, and omics studies, to provide input that will help shape this initiative. Interested (or know someone who might be)? Please complete and share the following End User Interest Form.

We’ll follow up with respondents with additional details and opportunities to provide feedback. If you have questions, please contact me through comments here, direct messages or email: SysBioFairplex@vumc.org.

Thank you in advance for your contribution!

Victoria

Thanks for sharing, @vdardov! Sounds like an important and interesting initiative – integrating different data types for deeper understanding is (and should be) of high importance in the study of many different diseases.
