Hi Camille:
I think it would be really interesting to share the Phd opportunity within GP2, the due date is really soon, but I wanted to share it because I have a collegue that wants to do his phD remotely through Gp2, but he is looking for a supervisor. I talked with @gdp22, who is a great candidate, but maybe we are too late.
If anyone wants to share this opportunity or help me find a mentor for him, here is the link.

Also, within Gp2, there are other opportunities, like a post doc in research in PD at NIH [Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Parkinson’s Disease Genetics - GP2] and other very interesting ones.

Thanks for sharing these opportunities, Paula! I’ll add them to the table.

I’m not sure if this thread is alive buuut, just sharing some training opportunities from the Society for Equity Neuroscience that I had posted to the Task Force page as well: https://www.s-equi-ns.org/about
I came to know about this society recently, and they are really doing awesome things for early career researchers from underrepresented communities. They have programs for US-based as well as Africa-based researchers, and check out if you feel you’d be interested. The lead, Bruce Ovbiagele is originally from Nigeria, currently working at University of California San Francisco and he’s a really lovely human very open to supporting all in case you needed to reach out too!
