Hi all, I am sharing a Guide to Mentorship for Mentees and Mentors that’s now available to the community. It’s designed to support intentional, effective mentoring relationships from both sides, with practical guidance, checklists, and reflective exercises to help clarify goals, expectations, and communication. The guide also introduces tools like building a “mentoring board of directors” and navigating the natural life cycle of mentoring relationships. Feel free to use and share it with trainees, colleagues, or mentors who may find it helpful.

@fbbriggs , I read this today and thought it is a really great resource/reference. I like the goal-oriented mindset emphasized for both mentors and mentees throughout the guide. Thank you for sharing!
