Available data

Data quality report
The PDMB sequencing data has accompanying metadata/survey data available on Fox DEN from the Stagaman et al. (2024) publication. We published Fox Insight Parkinson’s Disease Microbiome Survey Data, a report that addresses frequently asked questions and provides concrete recommendations for researchers working with PDMB metadata and survey data.

Diversigen QC data and data dictionary
Most recently, we exported and uploaded the full sequencing quality control reports from Diversigen to Fox DEN. These are accompanied by a data dictionary describing each field in the output.

Additional measures in the survey data
One common question has been about the cognitive assessments available in the Stagaman survey data. In the Fox Insight PDMB Cognition Data thread, I addressed questions about which cognitive measures are available, how they were collected, and how researchers can best work with them.
