My research career is dedicated to deciphering the multi-tiered molecular mechanisms driving neurodegeneration, with a primary focus on Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and related synucleinopathies.
Spanning over a decade of rigorous academic pursuit, my investigative journey has evolved from evaluating structural biomarkers—such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics—to mapping intricate intracellular cascades, including microglial-driven neuroinflammation, proteasomal failure, and mitochondrial bioenergetic collapse.
By bridging fundamental neuroanatomy with translational frontiers, my current work focuses on systemic pathological pathways (such as the gut-brain axis), epigenetic modifications, and the deployment of AI-assisted biomarker integration to democratize diagnostic accuracy in resource-limited settings.
