Research Profile

My research career is dedicated to deciphering the multi-tiered molecular mechanisms driving neurodegeneration, with a primary focus on Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and related synucleinopathies.

Spanning over a decade of rigorous academic pursuit, my investigative journey has evolved from evaluating structural biomarkers—such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics—to mapping intricate intracellular cascades, including microglial-driven neuroinflammation, proteasomal failure, and mitochondrial bioenergetic collapse.

By bridging fundamental neuroanatomy with translational frontiers, my current work focuses on systemic pathological pathways (such as the gut-brain axis), epigenetic modifications, and the deployment of AI-assisted biomarker integration to democratize diagnostic accuracy in resource-limited settings.

That’s great to know

Excellent work you are doing

Welcome and enjoy the community

Thank you very much.
Regards,
Benjamin.

Welcome aboard! Do you use any existing datasets or coding platforms???

I am registered with GP2 global parkinson’s genetic program, and I could request for genetics datasets
