Hi everyone! We wanted to share a quick feature update with you all.
What have we updated? Based on feedback from the in-person meeting, we’ve added a “solved” feature to Discourse. This means that the person who created a Topic and site admin (e.g., Josh) can now mark answers as “solved” by clicking on the checkmark box next to responses on a topic.
What does it mean to mark something as “solved”? You should mark a question as “solved” when you’ve gotten an answer that is to your satisfaction. When you click the “solved” button, the Topic will show up with a checkmark in Topic lists in Categories and on the Latest post page. The correct response will also display at the top of the Topic along with the original post. Note: you can only mark one reply as the solution per Topic.
