Webinar - Parkinson’s Insight Engine: An open-source, Python-based pipeline for multimodal data analysis in Parkinson’s disease

Do you work with multimodal data from PPMI? Are you interested in incorporating machine learning into your preprocessing and analysis pipelines? If so, we hope you will join us for our next data community webinar on Wednesday, September 3rd, 11:00am-12:00pm (EDT), as we hear from @cameronreidhamilton (Alliance AI) and @vcatterson (Biosymetrics (a Renovaro company)) about their work on the Parkinson’s Insight Engine (PIE).

Born out of discussions in the Data Modality and Methodology Task Force*, PIE is a comprehensive pipeline which automates the entire machine learning workflow, from loading and consolidating raw multimodal data to training models and generating insightful reports. Designed for researchers working with PPMI data, PIE provides a reproducible and modular framework to accelerate your research.

If you are interested in attending, please reply to this post and we will add you to the calendar invite.
