AMP PD Release 4 is available!

Hey all! AMP PD is excited to announce the latest data release that includes untargeted proteomics, a bridged targeted proteomics data set and data from single nucleus RNA sequencing from different brain regions. I, personally, think that the most exciting part of the release is the untargeted mass spectromemtry based proteomics data which has both raw data available for users to run in their own pipelines and data that has been run through openswath and is available at the fragment, peptide and protein data. Protein data sets contain samples from both PPMI and PDBP.

Users will need Tier2 data access to access any AMP PD data, including this latest release. If you have any questions about getting Tier2 access, please reach out.

Data is available in GCP bucket gs://amp-pd-data/, which is a requester pays bucket. There are also many resources through Terra to guide Tier2 access users through the data sets that are available.

The release notes give an overview of the release.

As I am biased towards proteomics and am really excited about the untargeted proteomics data, you can check out the new untargeted proteomics section, which gives a detailed overview of the methods and the number of samples available!
