Hi DCOP!
I’m leading a project to convert our existing guide, “Getting Started with Parkinson’s Disease Data”, known informally as the “Data Wrangling Guide”, into quarto book format on GitHub so that it will auto-convert to a webpage book when there are updates, and be updated more easily.
This is one of our goals for the 2025 Data Modality & Methodology Task Force.
Looking for people to help with the following:
- formatting/converting existing content
- updating existing content
- adding new content
These cohorts are currently included in the guide:
- AMP PD
- PPMI
- GP2
- Fox Insight
Happy to have more join, and to take suggestions as well for updates and additional content the community would like to see included.
