I know we have many peeps amongst us who are either getting ready to start their own labs, or have already started their own labs but still in the early phases. So I felt this might be appealing and something to build up on if we needed, instead of reinventing the wheel. I personally don’t know Christine Rabinak but shout out to her for creating such a resource and making it publicly available! I’m such a big fan of these science heroes willing to share their hustle to make others’ lives easier.

What a great idea for a resource! Thanks for sharing it. The soft skills associated with leadership are typically not taught, but it’s so important to set a culture and value system for those training within your team. Putting some thought into this from the start can help to avoid problems further down the road, for you as the leader and for those in your group!
