Bridge Analytics is officially launching the Bridge Analytics Environment, a secure, collaborative workspace built by scientists, for scientists. Rather than a passive storage repository, it is a cloud-based analytical environment that will help you accelerate your workflows and analyses. Through our partnership with MJFF, we are thrilled to be hosting longitudinal datasets from the Parkinson’s Precision Medicine Initiative (PPMI).
The BAE will mirror datasets that are part of PPMI and currently housed on LONI, but will add additional layers that will ease the challenges in manually downloading and combining multimodal PPMI datasets. Leveraging Google Cloud Platform tooling, it will allow users to quickly combine and visualize multimodal datasets without code. For more advanced analyses, it has a notebook environment designed for data science, machine learning, and big data exploration.

What to Expect Next: Once your request is processed, you will receive an activation email containing your research identity (@bae.bridgeanalytics.org) and instructions for setting up your workspace.
