It’s lovely that so many of you were able to meet up at GP2 in August. @vdardov mentioned that she may be going to SfN’s Neuroscience conference in November in Washington, D.C. Is anyone else planning to go? If so, are there any speakers or workshops that you’re excited about?
I was looking through the sessions and events and it looks like there are several interesting events, including:
- A lecture by Dr. Cagla Eroglu about astrocytes’ impact on synaptic circuitry that is relevant to the neurodegenerative disease space,
- A short course on responsible AI use in neuroscience, which relates to @hirotaka post about using ChatGPT in neuroscience research, and
- A session focused on creating guidelines for data governance with big neuro data repositories.
For those of you who plan to go, we hope you’re able to meet up in person – feel free to coordinate here!
