Bridge Analytics is thrilled to open expanded access to the Bridge Analytics Environment (BAE)—our secure, collaborative platform designed to help researchers turn complex data into insights that drive discovery and therapeutic advances.
What’s new since our last update?
PPMI Clinical, Imaging, & Omics Data — On One Platform!
Through our partnership with MJFF, we are thrilled to host longitudinal datasets from the Parkinson’s Precision Medicine Initiative (PPMI). The BAE mirrors datasets currently housed on LONI, allowing you to access PPMI Clinical, Online, and Remote datasets in one centralized location.
The BAE also now hosts over 600 terabytes of high-density genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic datasets—nearly 2 million files in total. That includes whole-genome sequencing data from more than 67,000 files, bulk RNA-seq spanning over 100,000 files, and proteomics and epigenomics datasets, alongside more than 1 million wearable and imaging data files. All of this is pre-loaded directly within the cloud environment. Because these massive high density datasets are accessible through the BAE, no manual file transfers or local downloads are required—saving your team critical compute time, bandwidth, and local storage overhead.
Enhanced Compute Capability & Example Notebooks
To facilitate analysis of this high-density data, the BAE delivers upgraded cloud compute capabilities paired with ready-to-use example notebooks. Whether performing exploratory data analysis or building advanced machine learning pipelines, these tools help researchers jumpstart their workflows immediately.
Self-Service Sign-Up Is Officially Live!
If you haven’t already enrolled, we invite members of MJFF’s Data Community of Practice to register today, explore the pre-loaded datasets, and collaborate with us on advancing Parkinson’s research.
To sign up, visit bae.bridgeanalytics.org.
Share Your Feedback
As you explore the platform and test its features, we want to hear from you! Your hands-on feedback and insights will directly help us refine the BAE and shape future feature releases for the entire research network.
We look forward to working with you all to ensure that technical complexity never stands in the way of delivering life-changing therapies to patients.
