PPMI Longitudinal CSF SomaLogic Proteomic Data

Hi everyone,

I’m new to this data community—glad to be here! I’m currently exploring the PPMI dataset and had a quick question regarding the availability of PPMI longitudinal CSF SomaLogic proteomic data.

I went through the community’s resource “Getting Started with Parkinson’s Disease Data v1”, which I found very helpful in understanding PPMI data. Along with that, I also went through two additional documents from the PPMI website - PPMI Data User Guide and PPMI_Proteomics_Data_Curation_Methods_20240529

From what I understand, these resources suggest that SomaLogic CSF proteomic data is only available at baseline and not longitudinally. I also navigated through LONI and could only find baseline SomaLogic CSF proteomic data.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could confirm whether this understanding is correct—or point me in the right direction if I’ve missed something.

Hi @rashmi, thanks very much for this question. Regarding the SomaLogic CSF proteomic data, unfortunately, that matches my understanding. As far as I know, only baseline data is available. If I might be able to provide any additional assistance, please just let me know!
